Contacting You

Your contact details may be used to contact you by any employee of S8Design. We may also send you indirect e-mails from time to time. These messages will have been judged to be relevant to you or a service we have offered you in the past.

If you have supplied us with contact details but no longer wish to be contacted then we will respect your request. This may invoke the termination of a contract between S8Design and yourself and as such, you may be invoiced for work completed without breaching the above agreement.

Data Protection

We will make every effort to protect and safeguard your data from theft and loss in accordance with the 'Data Protection Act' of 1998.

Sensitive personal data will only be passed on to a 3rd person or 3rd party if you have given specific consent or if they are being employed by S8Design. Other, non sensitive or project specific data may be passed on if it is deemed suitable to do so (Example: To an employee of your company or someone who has been otherwise involved in your project)

Disclaimer

S8Design reserve the right to make amendments to our Privacy Policy. Clients may be contacted in the event of a major change to the Privacy Policy.
