Payment for your products will be processed by Google Checkout with normal transaction times in operation. Until payment is received we are not obligated to deliver any goods or services that you have bought at the checkout. We reserve the right to decline or refund payment for any reason at our discretion. It is your responsibility to ensure that funds are available in your account at the time of purchase. We will not be held responsible for any bank charges or fees incurred as a result of your online transaction with us.
Delivery
Digital Items
Digital Items will be made available to you in an appropriate format. Delivery times will be dependent upon the product in question. Domains will be registered by us after receipt of a successful payment. In the event your chosen domain has been registered by someone else you will be eligible to receive a full refund for the domain/s in question or the opportunity to select alternative domain/s.
Services
Hosting will be initialised by us within 2 working days of receipt of payment. You will receive the necessary technical and customer support in order to use your hosting including FTP details as required.
Returns Policy
Physical Goods
You may return an item for any reason within 14 days of receipt so long as it is unopened and in its original condition. We will refund the entire cost of the item excluding shipping charges and/or external charges. Should your item arrive damaged, faulty or in an otherwise poor condition we will gladly replace it (where possible) or offer a full refund as aforementioned so long as you return the item within 30 days of receipt. You will be liable for any costs incurred for returning items. We do not provide a warranty for any products outside of the initial 30 day period from receipt of goods.
Digital Items
Digital Items may not be returned; however in the case of files and documents, we will replace any erroneous files when we are informed to do so in a reasonable time. While we aim to keep digital backups of files where possible, we can only guarantee that replacements will be available to you within 30 days of purchase.
